Applications Open (due Dec. 9, 2018)
The Principal’s PLC is a Professional Learning Community for elementary school administrators who want to motivate excellent STEM instruction in their schools, and who seek additional support in their quest to become confident, capable instructional leaders in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math integration at the elementary level.
By providing administrators with concrete examples of what excellent STEM instruction is made of, how it is implemented in a classroom, and how principals can best support it amidst other significant administrative responsibilities, the Principal’s PLC helps schools grow their own STEM excellence. Our syllabus is crafted so that, upon completion, participating administrators will have built an application for STEM Action Center’s STEM School designation.
Principals who do not wish to apply for STEM School designation will still benefit from participating in the Principal’s PLC.
